The University of Georgia, Terry College of Business

Founded in 1912, the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business is the flagship business school in the state of Georgia within the first state-chartered university in the country. As a Top 20 public business school, we believe that a Terry College education creates a culture of success wherein students learn to be leaders. We offer degrees in eight academic disciplines: Accounting, Economics, Finance, Management, Management Information Systems, Marketing, Real Estate, Risk Management and Insurance. We offer diverse learning opportunities outside of the classroom, including a student-managed investment fund, a sales lab, study abroad programs, and certificate programs to include entrepreneurship, music business, leadership and others that prepare our students for the global economy. We are focused on career outcomes for our students and are proud that the class of 2016 had the highest employment rates in our 100+ year history. We take great pride in our efforts to support economic development in the State of Georgia and its role in the global economy. Our Economic Outlook series provides businesses and public officials with economic data needed to make informed decisions and each year roughly 3,000 state leaders attend our forecast presentations. Our commitment to service can also be seen in our Executive Education programs and student volunteer activities. Terry’s main campus is in Athens, Georgia with an Executive Education center in Atlanta, and program offerings at UGA's Gwinnett and Griffin campuses. Terry has a vast alumni network with more than 70,000 alumni in 80 countries around the world.
