The Eastern Michigan University College of Business is one of 810 universities in 53 countries and territories accredited by AACSB International. Our undergraduate programs initially became accredited in 1974 and our graduate programs in 1982 and continue to be accredited. Our mission is to support the economic development of southeastern Michigan by preparing graduates to perform effectively in the global business community. We develop outstanding business professionals through a rigorous, applied educational experience. The College of Business is ranked among the nation’s best for 13 consecutive years in Princeton Review’s listing of top business schools and is featured in the 2017 edition of Princeton Review’s book, “The Best Business Schools”. The College of Business offers 11 undergraduate degree majors, 3 combined undergraduate and MS degrees and one undergraduate certificate as well as 6 graduate degrees with 14 MBA specializations and 13 graduate certificates plus 2 additional interdisciplinary certificates with other colleges. We have the only fully online Integrated Marketing Communication degree program housed in an AACSB accredited business school and are one of only eight universities offering the Microsoft Dynamics Student Certificate program. All of our full-time tenure-track faculty hold terminal degrees and we have small class sizes that support a collegiate environment in which faculty and students interact with one another to discuss, research and explore issues related to business, ethics and professionalism. All of our classrooms are equipped with the latest technology and we have over 17,000 alumni, many of who present and mentor to our students.
