The Mike Cottrell College of Business builds strong graduates and strong communities. Our mission is to educate students to be ethical and knowledgeable business professionals and leaders in their communities and global marketplace. This mission encourages innovation and relevancy in the classroom as well as emboldens efforts to develop meaningful external partnerships for student/business classroom interaction, internships, and international experiences. Students in the Mike Cottrell College of Business receive the education and opportunities afforded a larger university with the benefit of receiving one-on-one interaction with faculty and staff. Students are known individually by our faculty and have a genuine interest in their success. With almost 4,000 undergraduate and graduate students located on four campuses in the north Georgia region - Dahlonega, Gainesville, Cumming and Oconee - the Mike Cottrell College of Business offers 13 different undergraduate degrees, 7 undergraduate minors, and a part-time MBA program.
