South Florida St. Petersburg, University of, Kate Tiedemann College of Business

The Kate Tiedemann College of Business is where students are gaining the skills to prosper and succeed in today's global economy. Students and faculty are engaged with the real world in ways that enrich learning and better the community. Innovation and collaboration are hallmarks of our approach. Whether in traditionally strong programs such as accounting and finance, or in an emerging area such as entrepreneurship, we meet the demands of our diverse student population by preparing them for an increasingly global environment with both undergraduate and graduate degree programs. Smaller classes allow our professors to know their students by name, guiding, challenging, and encouraging them. Achieving our mission would not be possible without the support of our business partners. They enrich a student's classroom experience with practical lessons from the real world. We are guided by a board of advisors comprised of local business leaders dedicated to student achievement and alumni committed to offering a hand up to the next generation.
