The Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Clermont-Ferrand was founded in 1919 by the Auvergne Regional Chamber of Commerce, with the support of various public and private institutions in the region, as well as numerous companies. Over the past forty years, the School has engaged in an active, selective policy of international partnerships, a quantitative and qualitative development of its faculty with increasing importance given to research activities, and innovations in degree programs to meet the changing needs of the globalized business world. The aim is to educate and train students to be agile and proactive managers, entrepreneurs, and leaders who can meet the challenges and complexity of this new environment. In the degree programs, high priority is given to preparing students for professional integration and career development in companies in France and internationally. The School’s faculty are engaged in producing and publishing knowledge by capitalizing on our ecosystem, in close cooperation with our public and private partners, in order to support the regional economy and its attractiveness.
